First, go to “Purchases” on the left-hand side of the dashboard. After clicking on “Purchases”, A drop-down menu appears.
Select “Purchases” from the drop-down menu.
Now, select or search for the purchase invoice you would like to convert into a purchase return and click on the drop-down menu at the end of the column.
Select the “Convert to Purchase Return” option from the drop-down menu.
An invoice form appears with the details of the products and vendor. Here, review the details and click on the “Save” option present at the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully converted a purchase into a purchase return.
Select purchases from the navigation bar.
Now, select or search for the purchase invoice you want to convert into a purchase return.
Now, click on the menu button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then, a pop-up list appears at the bottom of the screen.
Select the “Convert To Purchase Return” option from the list.
A form appears with the details of the products and vendor. Here, review the details and click on the “Create” option present at the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully converted a purchase into a purchase return. A pop up appears at the bottom of the screen informing the same.
